Who is the course for?

How long do I have access?
You get ongoing access to the course materials for as long as your account is active. If the offer changes in future, existing members keep the access they purchased.
What format are the lessons?
Each stage contains short video lessons, transcripts, practical worksheets and downloadable resources you can apply straight away.
Can I share my login?
No. Access is for one individual. If you want to buy several places for colleagues, contact us for a team licence.
In-person sessions

Where are you based and do you travel?
I am based in Newcastle / North East England and travel throughout the UK for speaking and workshop engagements.
How long are sessions?
Talks can be 30–60 minutes. Workshops and away-days range from half a day to a full day, depending on your goals.

Yes. Every session is designed around your audience, sector and the behaviours you want to develop.
Structured programmes
What does a structured programme include?
A typical programme combines workshops, accountability, practical assignments and coaching over several months to embed the Trusted Advisor OS.
How many people can take part?
Programmes are usually designed for a cohort of 6–20 professionals. Larger firms can run multiple cohorts.
Can the programme be delivered online or in person?
Yes. Elements can be delivered in person, online or as a blend, depending on what works best for your team.
